Best Hotels In New York City: Consider The Embassy Suites Hotel In The Financial District

It’s not just important to know what you want to see in New York City, but also where to stay! Gayle writes that the Embassy Suites is the best – a hotel where every room is a suite, and even the most affordable rooms include hi-def TVs, couches, king size beds, and large and luxurious bathrooms. Also, your stay includes a free full, hearty breakfast every morning, and a great happy hour in the hotel bar every day!

My favorite hotel in New York City is the Embassy Suites Hotel in the financial district of Manhattan. There are several reasons why I like this hotel so much. First, the location is perfect. It is in front of Battery Park, and I always get rooms that have great views of the river. During many of my visits, I have been able to see the Statue of Liberty from my room. There is a park next to the hotel, so I can go and walk or run in the morning. The metro station is only three blocks away, which makes visiting attractions on the rest of Manhattan a lot easier. While walking from the hotel to the metro I can see the construction of the future World Trade Center Liberty Tower. Downtown New York is also at walking distance, along with many shops. The hotel is also close to Wall Street and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Every room at the hotel is a suite, and they are very spacious and nicely decorated. The first room is a living room with two sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), a TV, desk, and a small bar that is full of amenities. The second room is the bedroom. It has a king bed, a desk, and a single sofa. The beds are wonderful! I would love to have a similar one at home. The television sets are high definition. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful, and have great amenities. They always include shampoos, conditioners and body lotions that smell great. I always ask for some extra bottles since they are very good! I also always enjoy the free breakfast that comes with the price of the room. It is a full American breakfast, including eggs, bacon, salmon with capers, pancakes, and all kinds of continental breakfast items, including bagels and a diversity of breads. The hotel also offers a happy hour in the early evening. The happy hour includes free soft drinks, some food and they let you buy alcohol for a small fee. Because I am part of the Hilton rewards program, I earn points every time I stay at this hotel, and I already enjoyed some free nights thanks to my points! All in all, I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
